Great wine always starts with a great site, and so it is for what Gordon, in his usual inimitable style, has dubbed his ‘Great Dirt’ Collection. Produced from select vineyard blocks with a long history of making Esk’s finest wines, these wines of provenance bestowed with age-worthy complexity, nuance and personality from the ‘great dirt’ in which they are grown. Gordon has re-christened them to pay homage to their origins.
