This Torrontes, cultivated in the Salta valleys of Argentina, is a fragrant, crisp and zingy white wine with flavours of lychee, orange peel and gentle spices.

Vineyards

The Andes Valleys are the home to wines of elegance and character. Our Valles wines are made with grapes grown in high altitude vineyards along the foothills of the Andes Mountains range.

Vintage

The 2022 harvest season will surely be remembered as a cool and greatly balanced one, proving itself to be perhaps one of the most challenging and surprising seasons within the last ten years when it came to decoding and understanding the laws of nature. A season marked by multiple climate milestones that allowed for ample room for ripeness across our vineyards, which we, as winegrowers, used to our advantage through both patience and dedication.

Winemaking

Manual selection of bunches, before being destalked and crushed. They were fermented at 15-18C° (59° - 64° F) with selected yeast. After fermentation the wine was stored on fine lees for 6 months.
