Rubén graduated with a degree in Enology from the Don Bosco Faculty at Juan Agustin Maza University in Mendoza in 1990. Since then, he has completed over 25 harvests at the winery. In order to perfect his own winemaking techniques and gain experience, he has undertaken numerous trips and harvests in France; Rioja, Ribera del Duero, and Catalonia, Spain; and Verona, Italy. As an enthusiastic winemaker, Rubén demonstrates a commitment to detail and a passion for his craft.
