Vineyards

Containing some of the higher, cooler vineyard sites in the state, the Central Ranges is an important and recently designated wine-growing zone.

Vintage

A slightly cooler vintage than 2018 and one of excellent quality, with well balanced fruit.

Winemaking

The fermentation took place partially in tanks and oak barrels, which enables the oak to play a supporting role without overpowering the delicate fruit character.
