The Story

A. G. Oatley Wines is the latest chapter in the Oatley family’s wine adventures; a reincarnation of our winemaking dynasty, which was founded by the late industry legend Bob Oatley.

His legacy continues in his eldest son Sandy, who worked alongside Bob for many years and owns and manages the business today, and granddaughter, Nicky.

Founded in 2006, Oatley Wines aim to embody the best that Australia can produce where classic grape varieties are matched to the leading wine regions of Australia. Director of winemaking, Larry Cherubino, is one of Australia’s most awarded winemakers. Debbie Lauritz, senior winemaker, leads the Oatley winemaking team in Mudgee, New South Wales.
