Vineyards

Boucherottes vineyard is located in the south of Beaune, up against the border with Pommard.

Vintage

A season of extreme summer temperatures and one of the hottest and sunniest on record which led to lower yields. However, whilst yields are low, the quality and concentration is outstanding, with wines of great character.

Winemaking

Grapes are vinified in open vats for around 4 weeks, which brings out all the expressions of the terroir.
