Barbaresco Wines

The Gaja family - Angelo in front, with from L-R Gaia, Giovanni, Lucia and Rossana

Responsible for some of Italy’s finest wines, a third of the size of its neighbour Barolo and 50 years younger, Barbaresco earned its DOCG in 1980, in part thanks to the relentless efforts of Angelo Gaja.
