Kent, ‘The Garden of England’, is the spiritual home of Taittinger and the original site of Stone Stile Farm’s apple and pear orchards near the archetypal village of Chilham.

It was picked for its perfect combination of deep, free draining chalk soils, south facing slopes and the ideal altitude some 50 to 90m above sea level.
