Laissez Faire Riesling 2023 6x75cl

Fruit was hand-picked and whole bunch pressed. Juice was settled withut te addition of enzymes, sulphur or acid. Once settled, it fermented naturally at low temperature for six weeks.

Vintage

In the Frankland River region, good winter rains and low to moderate crops resulted in slower ripening times. The whites, particularly Riesling and Fiano, were of exceptional quality with a rating of 8/10.

Winemaking

The fruit was hand-picked and the whole bunch pressed. The juice was ettled without the addition of enzymes, sulphur or acid. Once settled, it fermented naturally art low temperatures for six weeks.
