On Wednesday 3rd December, Taittinger supported the 17th annual 2019 NatWest everywoman Awards as Champagne Partner, celebrating Britain’s most inspiring female entrepreneurs.
These awards champion women in enterprise from all walks of life, providing a platform to share their journeys to success. This year’s winners include women who are transforming and disrupting their respective industries, from art and social enterprises to wellness and beauty – all the winners are role models whose success will encourage future generations of female talent.
The 2019 NatWest everywoman of the Year Award was presented to Mairead Mackle, CEO and Founder of Homecare Independent Living in Armagh, Northern Ireland. Set up from Mairead’s kitchen table, in part to spend time raising her seven children, over 25 years HCIL has grown into an international enterprise that has provided over one million hours of care in 2018 in Ireland and internationally.
The category winners were each presented with a bottle of Taittinger Prestige Rosé NV, while guests at this year’s awards celebrated with a glass of the pretty pink Champagne bubbles.
The Taittinger family has managed the Champagne House for nearly a century, and their aim has always been the pursuit of excellence. A shared interest in artistic creation and in the values of openness and inquisitiveness make Champagne Taittinger an ideal partner for the NatWest everywoman Awards.
Lynn Murray, Marketing Director for Hatch Mansfield, the sole UK agents for Champagne Taittinger, comments, “We were honoured to join these amazing women and recognise their individual outstanding achievements. Taittinger Prestige Rosé made a fitting toast to celebrate the success of these inspiring female entrepreneurs.”
