Marcelo occupied a variety of finance and operational roles in the food and beverage industries since arriving in the UK from his natal Argentina. Ranging from coffee shop chains, high-end delicatessen, restaurants, vending services, ice cream to wine, he gained a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise which have been pivotal in his current position at Hatch.
He enjoys cooking for his wife and children, followed by socialising and sharing stories around the dining table.
