Ania McCartney

Ania graduated from Lancaster University in 2022 having studied English Literature. In between then and starting at Hatch, Ania travelled for a few months around the Balkan Region, visiting beautiful countries and drinking delicious wine. Once she had returned to the UK, she was eager to apply for a role that included her love of travel and wine – the opening at Hatch came at the perfect time!
